FURTHER ORDERED that, within 30 days from the date of this order, the Attorney General's Office shall advise the Court whether it will enter a limited notice of appearance. FURTHER ORDERED that, if this case remains in the early inmate mediation program, the Court extends the 90-day stay and the deadline for the 90-day stay status report until 5 days after any scheduled mediation.
