ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of entry of this order, petitioner shall show cause in writing why the petition, as amended, should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as a successive petition. IT FURTHER IS ORDERED th at 5 petitioner's motion for a full copy of all complete orders is GRANTED IN PART to the extent that the Clerk shall SEND petitioner: (a) another copy of 3 from this action, as well as (b) a copy of 1 -1 (i.e., the petition) together wi th 5 and 6 (the dismissal order and judgment) in No. 2:13-cv- 00176-APG-VCF. IT FURTHER IS ORDERED that 6 petitioner's second motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. IT FURTHER IS ORDERED that 7 petitioner's motion to raise his legal copycredit limit is GRANTED IN PART to the limited extent that the Nevada Department of Corrections shall increase petitioner's copy credit limit by ten dollars ($10.00) over and above any increase currently provided for by any other court order. The Clerk further shall SEND a copy of this order to the attention of the Chief of Inmate Services for the Nevada Department of Corrections, P.O.
