ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that 1 Plaintiff Roger R. Brown's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Brown must pay an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $60.33 toward the full $350 filing fee. He shall have until 5/5/17, to have the $60.33 initial partial filing fee sent to the Clerk of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall MAIL Mr. Brown two copies of this Order. Brown must make the necessary arrangements to have one copy of this Order attached to a check in the amount of the initial partial filing fee. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Browns failure to comply with this Order by paying his initial partial filing fee before the 5/8/17 deadline will result in a recommendation to the district judge that this case be dismissed.
