ORDER Granting Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and Ditech Financial LLC's 38 Motion for Summary Judgment; GRANTED as to Claims One and Two. The Court finds that the foreclosure sale did not extinguish the first deed of trust owned by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to dismiss the remaining claims and crossclaims.
