IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, (ECF No. 114 ), is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendants are entitled to summary judgment with respect to Plaintiff's F irst and Fourteenth Amendment claims.
