SCHEDULING ORDER re: #7 Proposed Discovery Plan/Scheduling Order. Discovery regarding the contractual claim shall be completed no later than January 30, 2019. Extra-contractual discovery shall incept immediately thereafter for a period of ninety (90) days, until April 30, 2019. Dispositive Motions: The parties shall have until 30 days after the discovery cut-off date established by this Court. Pre-Trial Order: The parties will prepare a Consolidated Pre-Trial Order not more than 30 days after the date set by this Court per paragraph 4(G) above for filing dispositive motions in the case.
