On August 3, 2018, Defendant Bellagio, LLC filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Joann Nagy's Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, (ECF No. 6). Following that Motion to Dismiss, the Parties filed a Joint Motion to Transfer Case, (ECF No. 9), on August 16, 2018, which requested transfer of the case from the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. In the Joint Motion to Transfer Case, the Parties agreed that the "United States District Court for the District of Nevada may exercise personal jurisdiction of Defendants." (J. Mot. Transfer Case 5, ECF No. 9). On August 30, 2018, the Honorable District Court Judge Paula Xinis granted the Motion to Transfer Case, (ECF No. 10). Because the case is now in the District of Nevada, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Bellagio, LLC's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction is dismissed as moot.
