TEXT ORDER: On May 29, 2018, the Court entered an Order to Show Cause requiring Defendants set forth a valid jurisdictional basis through e-filed submission. (ECF No. #6 .) On September 13, the Court determined Defendants again failed to correctly set forth a valid basis for jurisdiction, and ordered the Clerk administratively terminate the matter without prejudice to the right of Defendants to reopen the proceedings upon filing a Certification setting forth a valid basis for jurisdiction. (ECF No. 9.) On September 25, 2018, the Court found good cause to reopen the matter and provide Defendants with a final opportunity to establish diversity jurisdiction. (ECF No. #10 .) On October 1, 2018, Defendants filed a Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause. (ECF No. #11 .) Upon careful review of Defendants' submission, the Court finds Defendants correctly set forth a valid basis for jurisdiction. The Court, accordingly, dismisses the May 29, 2018 Order to Show Cause as moot. (See ECF No. #6 .)
