On July 22, 2020, this Court issued an Order stating "that if Defendants and Defendants' Counsel also wish to appear by Zoom, they may do so; provided, however, they also contact Ms. Garcia no later than noon, Pacific Daylight Time, on August 14, 2020 at Elvia_Garcia@nvd.uscourts.gov." It appearing that Defendants wish to appear by videoconference, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Exception Regarding Order Scheduling Early Neutral Evaluation (ECF No. 17) is GRANTED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties, except Nadine Jones, shall appear by Zoom on August 17, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for the ENE. Defendant Nadine Jones shall be available by telephone, if necessary, for Defense Counsel to reach her during the ENE.
