In their latest joint status report--signed by each counsel for all parties--the parties represent that plaintiff does not oppose defendants' motion to stay. ECF No. #16 at 2. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendants' motion (ECF No. #15 ) is GRANTED as unopposed. See LR 7-2(d). Discovery in this matter is STAYED pending a decision by the district judge on the motion to dismiss. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a proposed DPSO within 14 days from the district judge's decision on the motion to dismiss, to the extent this matter is not dismissed in its entirety.
