Plaintiffs allege that Plaintiff China Privatization Fund ("CPF") is a "Delaware limited partnership." (Id.). However, Plaintiffs do not allege the citizenship of each of CPF's general and limited partners, which determines the citizenship of the partnership for the purposes of the Court's diversity jurisdiction analysis. See Carden v. Arkoma Assocs., 494 U.S. 185, 192-95 (1990) (explaining that the citizenship of a limited partnership comprises the citizenship of each of its general and limited partners).
