ORDER denying #21 Stipulation; Having reviewed the parties' stipulation, the Court finds that the parties have included deadlines set by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties' stipulation (ECF No. 21) is denied without prejudice. The parties shall amend their proposed schedule to include the deadlines contemplated by the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, in particular, Local Rule 26-1. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a separate type of "event" for each filed document based on the relief requested under Local Rule IC 2-2(b). Thus, any amended stipulation for an extension of time should be filed separately from the parties' stipulation for leave to amend the complaint.
