IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants 99 Cents Only Stores, LLC; Winkler Properties, LP; and Albertson's, LLC (collectively "Defendants") show cause as to why the Court should not remand this action to Eighth Judicial District Court for failure to satisfy the diversity jurisdiction requirements set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1332. Here, Defendants state the citizenship of 99 Cents Only Stores, LLC and Albertsons's LLC; however, fail to allege Winkler Properties, LP's citizenship. (See Pet. Removal, ECF No. #1 ); (see also Statement of Removal, ECF No. #8 ). Accordingly, Defendants must demonstrate that the complete diversity requirement of 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1) is satisfied in this case. Defendants shall have until January 28, 2022, to file a brief, not to exceed ten pages, demonstrating that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action.
