ORDER.IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court will send Plaintiff a 1983 Complaint form along with a copy of the original complaint (attached within). If Plaintiff chooses to file a signed Amended Compliant, it must be done by 7/2/2022. If Plaintiff does not file a signed amended complaint on or before 7/2/2022, this case will be subject to dismissal without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court will send Plaintiff a copy of the IFP Application and instructions (attached within). Plaintiff is ordered to either pay the $402 filing fee or file an IFP application with the Court. See order for further details.
