Filing 34 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 8/26/2022. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for recusal (ECF No. 29) is DENIED. Additionally, the Court previously ordered Plaintiff not to file any additional documents besides her amended complaint, as her practice of filing duplicative, failed motions burdens the docket and interferes with the Court's ability to consider pending matters. ECF No. 24. As ECF Nos. 30-33 do not comply with the Court's order at ECF No. 24, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall strike these docket entries. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall not serve any summonses unless and until a complaint survives screening.
