MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Cristina D. Silva on 2/21/2023. I defer ruling on the verified petitions to practice pro hac vice. ECF Nos. #21 , #22 , #23 , #24 . The petitions indicate that plaintiffs Lauren Colvin, Youree Gemmill, and Pathamawan Hanford appoint Jason Guinasso as their designated resident Nevada counsel in this case, but fail to provide the plaintiffs' signatures. Instead, the petitioners provided electronic signatures "/by DP." Id. at 5. This leaves no indication that the plaintiffs, as undersigned parties, actually appointed attorney Guinasso or "agree[d] and authoriz[ed] for the designated resident admitted counsel to sign stipulations binding on all of us." Id. Counsel are advised to correct the aforementioned deficiency on an amended petition and then file it using the "Notice of Corrected Image/Document" event to link it to the existing filings (ECF Nos. #21 , #22 , #23 , #24 ). Counsel has until March 10, 2023, to do so without incurring additional filing fees.
