Filing 9 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 11/15/2022. Before the Court is the #6 Notice of Settlement filed by Plaintiff Cheryl Telmo ("Plaintiff") representing that Plaintiff and Defedant Experian Information Solutions, Inc. ("Defendant Experian") are in the process of finalizing a settlement. (See Notice Settlement 1:20-21, ECF No. #6 ). Plaintiff and Defendant Experian expect to submit dismissal documents within sixty (60) days. (Id. 1:21-24). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff and Defendant Experian shall file dismissal documents no later than January 16, 2022, or else a joint status report informing the Court of the status of settlement.(Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - EH) |
