ORDER. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint #14 is DISMISSED without prejudice and with leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall mail Plaintiff a copy of the prisoner, pro se form complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff chooses to amend his complaint, he must do so by May 17, 2023.
