ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Maluf's application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #2 ) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Maluf's claims for violations of (1) the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931; (2) the Copeland Act of 1934; and (3) the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (ECF No. #2 -1) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court file the complaint (ECF No. #2 -1); Maluf has until Friday, March 10, 2023, to file an amended complaint; if plaintiff files an amended complaint, the Clerk of the Court is directed NOT to issue summons on the amended complaint.
