Before the Court is Defendants Parball Newco LLC dba Bally's Las Vegas and Greg Wyeth's Motion to Remove Attorney From Electronic Service List and Request for Discontinuation of Service. ECF No. #9 .Defendants' Motion seeks to remove attorney Riley A. Clayton from the CM/ECF service list. Defendants state Mr. Clayton and his firm, Hall Jaffe Clayton, LLP, were substituted out of this case prior to removal to federal court. The Motion attaches a filing in the Eighth Judicial District Court in which Mr. Clayton and his law firm were substituted out of the case on February 10, 2023. Although the substitution was signed by the state court after the case was removed on February 8, 2023, the substitution satisfies the procedural requirements established by United States District Court for the District of Nevada Local Rule IA 11-6(c). Thus, the Court finds removal of Mr. Clayton and his law firm from the CM/ECF service list appropriate. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Parball Newco LLC dba Bally's Las Vegas and Greg Wyeth's Motion to Remove Attorney From Electronic Service List and Request for Discontinuation of Service (ECF No. #9 ) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court must remove Riley A. Clayton from the CM/ECF service so that he no longer receives electronic service of materials filed in this case.
