On March 10, 2023, I deferred ruling on the verified petition to practice pro hac vice by Gregory Haroutunian (ECF No. #14 ) because it did not comply with LR IA 11-2(b)(3), requiring a certificate of good standing from the state bar of every state in which the applicant has been admitted to practice law. ECF No. 15. Counsel was given until April 7, 2023, to file a corrected image attaching the missing certificates. Id. On March 23, 2023, the petitioner provided the certificates of good standing from California and New York but not from New Jersey. Because a screenshot of the website does not satisfy the requirements under the local rules, counsel is again advised to obtain the required certification and refile a second amended petition using the "Notice of Corrected Image/Document" event to link it to the existing filing (ECF No. #14 ).
