SCREENING ORDER.IT IS ORDERED that a decision on the application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #1 ) is deferred. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is to file the complaint (ECF No. 1-1). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the First Amendment claim (claim 2) is dismissed without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is to terminate as defendants Medical Director at HDSP, Warden of ESP, Warden of HDSP, and Medical Director of NDOC from the docket sheet. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is stated for 90 days to allow parties an opportunity to settle their dispute before the filing fee is paid. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is to add the Nevada Department of Corrections to the docket as an Interested Party and electronically serve a copy of this order and a copy of Briones' complaint (ECF No. 1-1) on the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Nevada by adding the Attorney General of the State of Nevada to the interested party on the docket. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Attorney General's Office must advise the Court within 21 days of the entry of this order whether it will enter a limited notice of appearance on behalf of the defendants and the Interested Party for the purpose of participation in the Early Mediation Program.
