Filing 10 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Chief Judge Miranda M. Du on 4/19/2023. This case was recently transferred in from the Northern District of Texas and assigned to the Court. (ECF Nos. #8 , #9 .) However, in the attached order, United States District Judge Cristina D. Silva declared Plaintiff Ronald J. Allison a vexatious litigant in the District of Nevada. Judge Silva's order imposes certain prefiling requirements on Mr. Allison. Mr. Allison's filings to date in this case do not comply with those prefiling requirements. If Mr. Allison wishes to request permission to file a new case in this District, he must comply with the prefiling requirements Judge Silva imposed on him. It is therefore ordered that this case is dismissed, in its entirety, without prejudice for failure to comply with the applicable prefiling requirements. It is further ordered that the pending motion (ECF No. 2 ) is denied as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close this case. (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - PAV) |
