North Kern State Prison Employees, Civil No. 08-1243 BTM (POR), 2009 WL 3169972, at *1 (E.D. Cal. Sept. 29, 2009) citing Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(A) as it appeared in 2009. Even if the change in the language of Rule 15 results in requiring a motion for leave, the Court finds leave is granted.
