| Filing 3 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 10/3/2023. ORDER granting #1 Motion to Compel Deposition. Presently before the Court is the Motion of Thomas Casey and Golden Genesis, Inc. to compel the deposition of Julie Minuskin. The Subpoena was duly issued by the Southern District of California in Case No. 3:22-0483-JO-AHG for enforcement in the District of Nevada. The subpoena was served on Minuskin in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 45. Minuskin has failed to move to quash or modify the subpoena in accordance with Rule 45(d)(3). Accordingly, good cause being found the Court grants the motion to compel. Julie Minuskin shall appear for a video deposition by Zoom in compliance with the subpoena, no later than October 30, 2023.
