ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's above letter (Dkt. #74), as well as Defendant Wynn's letter (Dkt. #73). While the Court understands Wynn's intention in pointing out the discrepancy in Plaintiff's representations to the parties and this Court, the Court agrees with Plaintiff that Wynn has done so in a manner that risks being perceived as disrespectful, and which has forced Plaintiff to explain sensitive matters about her personal life that need not be aired in open court. The Court is sympathetic to Plaintiff's troubles, and wishes her well in the work that she represents that she is doing to improve her situation. The Court advises Plaintiff going forward, however, that she should be transparent with the Court about personal circumstances that impact hearings, conferences, deadlines, and other issues in this matter. For sensitive matters, Plaintiff may file such information under seal, such that only the relevant parties will be privy to the information. Pertinent to Plaintiff's separate letter, submitted at docket entry 72, the Court is deliberating on the pending motions to dismiss and will issue its opinion in due course. The Court considered the motions fully briefed when it received Wynn and Bieber's reply memoranda of law, and will not consider the subsequent letter filed by Wynn (Dkt. #73), nor Plaintiff's response (Dkt. #74). The Court requires no more submissions from either party on the pending motions at this time.
