ORDER. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Gomez's #2 petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED with leave to amend. Amended Petition due by 3/10/2024. IT FURTHER ORDERED that if Gomez fails to respond to this order in the time and manner provided above, the court shall conclude that he does not desire to pursue this matter, and shall enter an order dismissing this case, without prejudice.
