ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's #6 Application to Proceed in forma pauperis without having to prepay the full filing fee is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall be required to pay an initial installment fee in the amound of $46.02 toward the full filing fee of $350. Plaintiff shall have the designated fee sent to the Clerk's Office no later than August 6, 2024. The Clerk's Office shall provide Plaintiff with two copies of this Order. Plaintiff is ordered to make the necessary arrangements to have one copy of this Order attached to the check in the amount of the designated fee. The Clerk's Office shall send a copy of this Order to the attention of the inmate accounts department at Southern Desert Correctional Center, P.O. Box 208, Indian Springs, Nevada 89070.
