Santiago.Before the Court is the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. #8 ), which is denied without prejudice as it fails to comply with United States District Court District of Nevada Local Rule 26-1. The Plan fails to provide a signature block for the judge and fails to identify the due date for the proposed joint pretrial order following a decision on dispositive motions if any are pending on the initially proposed date. The "Default Schedule" also does not make clear to the Court what are the discovery due dates or cut off dates. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. #8 ) is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must submit a revised discovery plan and scheduling order that complies with LR 26-1. The parties must also remove any reference to the Short Trial Program as this no longer exists.(no image attached) (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - ES) |
