Before the Court is the Proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order ("DPSO"). ECF No. #15 . Local Rule of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada ("LR") 26-1(8) requires that the parties certify that they considered consent to trial by a magistrate judge under 28 U.S.C. 636(c) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 73. LR 26-1(9) requires that the parties "certify that they discussed whether they intend to present evidence in electronic format to jurors for the purposes of jury deliberations." The DPSO is noncompliant with LR 26-1(8) and (9). Additionally, the DPSO includes a section pertaining to filing an interim status report, which is unnecessary.Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. #15 ) is DENIED without prejudice.
