The Court previously considered Plaintiff James Sharkey's original Complaint granting leave to amend. ECF No. #21 . In that Order, the Court failed to address Plaintiff James Sharkey's original IFP application (ECF No. 1 ). The Court also found Audrey Sharkey had not filed an IFP application and, thus, she could not proceed before the Court. Id. at 1. Subsequently, Audrey Sharkey filed an IFP Application, which is found at ECF No. #22 . Given that leave to amend was granted, and an Amended Complaint was filed, the Court takes this opportunity to grant Plaintiffs' IFP Applications. The Court will screen the Second Amended Complaint in the ordinary course. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Applications to Proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Nos. 1 , #22 ) are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Sharkey seeks to exercise his right to amend in the first instance under Rule 15(a), he must do so by June 9, 2025, and he must comply with the instructions set forth in this order.
