ECF No. #14 . The Court is familiar with this matter having screened Plaintiff's Complaint and Amended Complaint. The Court finds the issues presented are not so complex as to require a full year of discovery at the start of this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff one USM-285 form.
