Santiago.The Court has before it the Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order. ECF No. #14 . The Court is familiar with this matter having screened Plaintiff's Complaint and Amended Complaint. The Court finds the issues presented are not so complex as to require a full year of discovery at the start of this case. The parties must prepare a stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order allowing for 180 days of discovery measured from the date of this Order.
