MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 4/17/2026. By Law Clerk: S. Gorba.Pending before the Court is the Joint Stipulation Regarding Schedule for Filing Amended Complaint and Defendants' Response to Plaintiffs' Complaint (ECF No. #16 ). The Stipulation seeks not only to schedule the filing of and response to a First Amended Complaint, but also discusses waiver of service. Ordinarily, a waiver of service would be separated from a briefing scheduling. Moreover, the parties fail to offer any reason for the extended deadlines requested. Finally, the formatting and signature block of the Stipulation do not comply with the local rules of this Court. Despite all of these issues, given the length of time the related cases have been pending, the number of counsel involved, and that this is the first violation of our local rules, the Court overlooks the parties errors as a one time courtesy. Future filing must comply with the Court's local rules or risk being stricken by the Court. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation Regarding Schedule for Filing Amended Complaint and Defendants Response to Plaintiffs Complaint (ECF No. #16 ) is GRANTED.
