| Filing 3 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Cristina D. Silva on 8/12/2026. On August 11, 2026, petitioner Dorian Milla-Leiva initiated this action by filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus. ECF No. 1-1. Upon review of the petition, the case appears to be duplicative of Milla Leiva v. Mattos, Case No. 2:26-cv-00867-JAD-NJK. Thus, the clerk of court is kindly instructed to send a copy of the petition in the present action (ECF No. 1-1 in 2:26-cv-02475-CDS-EJY) to the Federal Public Defender in case number 2:26-cv-00867-JAD-NJK, and the Federal Public Defender's office is ordered to file a notice of appearance for the limited purpose of advising whether the present action should be dismissed as duplicative.
