THIRD ORDER HOLDING PLAINTIFF IN CONTEMPT OF COURT. Dr. Hussein shall pay to defendants the fees and costs incurred as a result of his contumacious conduct in the amount of $14,916.80. Payment of this $14,916.80 shall be completed within ten (10) court days of the date of this order by delivery of a payment in this amount payable to McDonald Carano Wilson LLP. Within ten (10) days of the date of this order, Dr. Hussein shall withdraw the second amended complaint in the Hussei n 8 case. Dr. Hussein is hereby prohibited from seeking authority to file a third amended complaint in the Hussein 8 case or filing any other pleading or document in any court that names Charles Hilsabeck, Mary Dugan, Frank Roberts, Joan Howard or a ny defense counsel as a defendant. Dr. Hussein shall obtain leave of this court to file any future pleadings or other documents in the United States District Court. FURTHER ORDERED that, within fourteen (14) court days of the date of this o rder, Dr. Hussein shall file with the court and serve on all counsel, proof of his full compliance with this order.
