IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Zurich's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Coeur Rochester's Claims for Bad Faith, Violation of Nev. Rev. Stat. § 686A.310, Punitive Damages) (#91) is GRANTED.
