Filing 53 ORDERED the Clerk shall SEND FPD a copy of this Order, together with a copy of the # 7 Petition for writ of habeas corpus and any attachments thereto. ( Mailed 4/9/2010 ) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall SEND a copy of this Order to the CJ A Coordinator. ( Sent 4/9/2010 ) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Order, the FPD shall undertake direct representation of P or indicate to the Court its inability to represent P in these proceedings by 5/9/2010. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for P SHA LL contact P as soon as reasonably possible to: (a) review the procedures applicable in cases under 28 U.S.C. §2254; (b) discuss and explore with P, as fully as possible, the potential grounds for habeas corpus relief in Ps case; and (c) advise P that all possible grounds for habeas corpus relief must be raised at this time in this case, and that the failure to do so will likely result in the omitted grounds being barred from future review under the rules regarding abuse of the writ. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Rs SHALL make available to counsel for P (photocopying costs at the latters expense), as soon as reasonably possible, a copy of whatever portions of the state court record they possess regarding the judgment P is chal lenging herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for P SHALL FILE AND SERVE a status report by 6/8/2010. The status report shall explain P's intentions regarding his interlocutory appeal now pending before the Ninth Circuit ( # 43 ) and his em ergency motion for circuit intervention ( # 45 ).
