May 3, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 107 ORDER GRANTING 106 Joint Motion to Suspend Discovery and to Modify Scheduling Order. Discovery shall be suspended until 7/31/2011 and that all other subsequent deadlines set forth in the Courts scheduling order entered on 3/7/2011 be reset to all ow the parties time to pursue and, if possible, complete serious settlement negotiations that are currently ongoing. The parties will submit an interim status report by 09/1/2011. Dispositive motions shall be filed by 11/30/2011. If neither party files a dispositive motion, the joint pretrial order shall be filed not later than thirty (30) days after the date set for filing dispositive motions. In the event thatdispositive motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until thirty (30) days after decision of the dispositive motion(s) or further order of the Court. Except as provided above, the Scheduling Orders entered on 3/23/2010 78 , 11/29/2010 96 , and 3/7/2011 105 including paragraphs 2, 6 and 7 of the 3/23/2010 Order 78 shall remain in effect.
