Filing 34 ORDER DISMISSING CASE with prejudice. Petition, as amended, denied on the merits. A certificate of appealability is denied. Petitioner's addendum 29 is stricken. For all papers filed hereafter in this action, the parties shall refer to individuals who then were minors at the relevant time only by their initials. IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall add Attorney General as counsel for respondents and shall make informal electronic service of this order, together with electronic attachments of 8 and 13 (Ackd). FURTHER ORDERED that respondent s shall have thirty (30) days to answer, or otherwise respond to, the petition, including by motion to dismiss. FURTHER ORDERED that respondents shall file, and serve upon petitioner, copies of the state court record exhibits relevant to the respons e. FURTHER ORDERED that the exhibits filed by respondents shall be filed with a separate index of exhibits identifying the exhibits by number. FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall send a courtesy copy hard copy of the exhibits to the Staff Attorney, Las Vegas Clerk's Office. FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner shall have thirty (30) days from service of the answer, motion to dismiss, or other response to file a reply or opposition. The deadlines established herein shall override any shorter d eadlines established in any form order issued under the Klingele decision. Petitioner shall serve respondents with every pleading. Filing 12 ORDER denying 9 petitioner's Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 10 petitioner's Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; and denying 11 petitioner's Motion to Appoint Counsel. I T IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of entry of this order, petitioner shall fully comply with the Courts prior order (#5), such that he shall file a supplemental exhibit containing copies of: (1) all papers filed in the state district court presenting the claims alleged in the amended federal petition, including, but not limited to, any state post-conviction petitions, post-judgment motions, and/or supporting memoranda; (2) all papers filed in the state supreme court on state pos t-conviction review presenting the claims alleged in the amended petition, including, but not limited to, any briefing filed in the state supreme court; and (3) the briefing on direct appeal.
