The Clerk shall send a copy of this Order to Albert G. Peralta, Chief of Inmate Services, NDOP. FURTHER ORDERED that even if this acti on is dismissed, the full filing fee is due. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall file the complaint [1-1] (ack'd). FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment due process claim is DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of proper venue. FURTHER ORDERED that defendants John Bladwin, Director of DOC II, James Brown, Elizabeth Robinson, Paula G. Miller, and E.K. McDaniel are DISMISSED. FURTHER ORDERED that the access to courts claims against defendant Skolnik may proceed. FUR THER ORDERED that the Clerk shall electronically serve a copy of this Order, the attached Notice to Intent to Proceed with Mediation form, and the Complaint to the Office of the Attorney General. The Attorney General shall advise the court within tw enty-one (21) days of the date of entry of this order whether they can accept service of process for the named defendants and the last known address under seal of the defendants for which they cannot accept service. If the Attorney General accepts se rvice of process for any of the defendants, suchdefendant(s) shall file and serve an answer or other response to the complaint within thirty (30)days of the date of the notice of acceptance of service. FURTHER ORDERED that the parties SHALL DETACH, COMPLETE, AND FILE the attached Notice of Intent to Proceed with Mediation form on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the entry of this order. FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall serve upon defendant(s) a copy of every pleading.
