Filing 153 JUDGMENT. The Court HEREBY ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES that: 1. Light Guards claim that all versions of the RS200 and RS320 infringe the 742 patent is dismissed with prejudice. 2. The Court enters judgment in favor of Spot Devices, Inc. for its declaratory judgment counterclaim of non-infringement, and declares that none of the versions of the RS200 and RS320 IRWLs at issue in this case infringe claims 1 - 15 of the 742 patent. 3. Filing 100 STIPULATED ORDER Modifying the Court's Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order. Expert disclosures on issues for which a party bears the burden of proof will be due thirty (30) days after the latter of the close of fact discovery on January 27, 201 2 or the date the Court issues a claim construction order. Rebuttal expert disclosures will be due forty (40) days after initial expert disclosures. Expert discovery cut-off will be forty-five (45) days after the last rebuttal expert reports are serv ed. If a party intends to file a dispositive motion, counsel for that party shall notify opposing counsel and the court of its intention no later than fifteen (15) days after the close of expert discovery. Dispositive motions must be filed by thirty (30) days after the close of expert discovery. In the event dispositive motions are filed, thedate for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until thirty (30) days after decision on the dispositive motions or further order of the Court.
