Swartwood and deliver same along with one copy of the Complaint to the US Marshal for service (Ack'd). The Clerk shall send to plaintiff a USM-285 form and a copy of the Complaint (Sent). Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days to furnish to the USM the Form USM-285. Within twenty (20) days after receiving from th e USM a copy showing whether service has been accomplished, plaintiff must file a notice with the Court identifying which defendant(s) were served and were not served.
