IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference tomedical needs claim SHALL PROCEE D as to defendants Koehn, Drain, Baker, McDaniel, Skolnik, Bannister, Jacobs, and Gregersen. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Due Process claim regarding indefinite confinement in segregated housing SHALL PROCEED as to defendants Baker, Drain, Skolnik , Cox, andMcDaniel.
