March 31, 2011	Filing 3 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE TO CANDACE L. JACOBY. IT IS ORDERED that Respondent, Candace L. Jacoby, shall appear before Honorable Robert A. McQuaid, Jr. on 04/21/2011 at 9:00 a.m. Courtroom #2 to show cause why Respondent shuold not be compelled t o comply with the three IRS summonses served. FURTHER ORDERED a copy of this Order, together with the Petition and Exhibits, be served upon Respondent within thirty (30) days. The Court appoints Revenue Officer Michael Franck or any other IRS offic er designated to him to effect service. If Respondent has any responses/defenses, if any, shall be filed with the Court within ten (10) days prior to the hearing. ORDERED that if Respondent Candace L. Jacoby has no objection to enforcement of and c ompliance with the summonses, Respondent Candace L. Jacoby may, at least five (5)business days prior to the date of the show cause hearing, so notify the clerk of this Court, in writing, with copies of such notification to counsel for the United Stat es. Respondent Candace L. Jacobys appearance at the hearing will then be excused. Respondent Candace L. Jacoby is hereby notified that a failure to comply with this Order may subject him to sanctions for contempt of court.
