May 9, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis 1 is GRANTED. Plaintiff Inmate #18329, will be permitted to maintain his action without prepayment of the full filing fee. Plaintiff must pay an ini tial filing fee in the amount of $113.57. FURTHER ORDERED even if this action is dismissed, the full filing fee shall still be due. FURTHER ORDERED plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days to pay the initial installment fee. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall SEND plaintiff two copies of this order, one copy to be attached to a check and sent to the Court (SENT). FURTHER ORDERED that NDOC shall pay the Clerk 20% of the preceding month's deposits of plaintiff's account that exceeds $10.00 until the full $350.00 filing fee is paid.
