Pamela Sharp (Electronically Served: 10/31/2011, see NEF for service details); the AG Office shall advise the Court w/in twenty-one days from the date of e ntry of this order whether it can or cannot accept service, any defendants the AG cannot accept service, shall file, under seal, the last known address(es) of those defendant(s) plaintiff shall file a motion identifying any unserved defendant( s); if the AG accepts service for any named defendant(s), such defendant(s) shall file and serve an answer or other response to the complaint w/in sixty (60) days from the date of this order; plaintiff is provided with filing instructions and requirements for this action.
