ORDER. Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial installment of the filing fee. In the event this action is dismissed, the full filing fee must be paid. NDOC shall p ay to the Clerk 20% of the preceding month's deposits to plaintiff's account (#27883) in the months that the account exceeds $10.00 until the full $350.00 filing fee is paid. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Finance Division and to the Chief of Inmate Services (NDOC) (Sent). The Clerk shall electronically serve a copy of this order and a copy of plaintiff's complaint to the Attorney General, attention Pamela Sharp (Ack'd). The Attorney General 's Office shall advise the Court within twenty-one days whether it can accept service for the defendants. If service cannot be accepted, the Office shall, under seal, file the last known addresses. If service cannot be accepted, plaintiff shal l file a motion identifying the defendants. If service is accepted, the Attorney General shall file an answer or response within sixty (60) days. Plaintiff shall serve a copy of all pleadings to defendants. IT IS SO ORDERED.
