ORDER DISMISSING CASE. IT IS ORDERED that Quality's motion to dismiss andexpunge lis pendens 5 is GRANTED and the complaint is hereby dismissed without leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court sua sponte dismisses all claims agai nst the remaining defendants without leave to amend as Plaintiff has failed to adequately state a claim against them.
