ORDER that defendants' motion to quash service of process ECF No. 11 is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall have a period of thirty days from the date of this order within which to re-serve the defendants. It is further ordered that defendants&# 039; motion to transfer ECF No. 11 is GRANTED, and this action is hereby transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
