July 10, 2018 Filing 30 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Miranda M. Du on 7/10/2018. By Deputy Clerk: Peggie Vannozzi. On June 19, 2018, the Court dismissed Plaintiff's first claim for relief for violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act ("RICO") without prejudice and with leave to amend. The Court cautioned that the RICO claim would be dismissed if Plaintiff fails to amend within the 15 day deadline. (ECF No. 29 .) That deadline has expired. Therefore, Plaintiff's RICO claim is dismissed with prejudice. The Court had declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claim. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to close this case. (no image attached) (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - PAV)
